Online workshop: Leading Through Change and Uncertainty
With optional evolutionary science
When I was in my first senior leadership role I had a post-it note pinned up on my desk (yes, I had a permanent desk I sat at every day - it was a looooong time ago).
It was a quote, not from some leadership guru, but scientific legend Charles Darwin:
“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent. It is the one that is best able to manage change.”
It was a reminder to me that while change always felt difficult and uncomfortable and sometimes downright annoying, it was neccessary to move forward.
And that being a good leader meant being able to absorb change, make sense of it, and make it happen.
It was a useful lesson to keep in mind. As a leader, change sometimes felt like the only constant.
That’s even more true these days. And with the added bonus of a whole heap of uncertainty.
With shifting sands under your feet, how can you lead with purpose, authenticity and impact?
This is the question I’ll help you answer in my online workshop.
Leading through change and uncertainty
Tuesday 16 June 10am - 2pm
We’ll cover:
What is change and how do we successful communicate it?
How people respond to change, and why.
How to lead in times of uncertainty.
How all this works in a hybrid world.
The cost is just £95 per person.
A small note: The workshop is only four hours long, because I know you’re busy and it’s tricky to make time. But it is definitely a cameras-on, get involved affair.
Learning happens when we discuss and reflect, not sit and listen to slides. So come prepared to particpate!
Another small note: This is a new venture for me, so I’ve kept the cost low. I’ll run it again, but next time it will cost more. So if you can make this one I’d recommend signing up now!
